I have a good feeling that Sir Erwin Tulfo being the incoming Sec. of DSWD will shine and excel in his job. With his enriching experience rooted in public service, he will be the best fit for the position. Knowing the good news just now as one of the major appointees, I am starting to feel excited to this new administration wherein we see those appointees are open to join hands in making the Philippines a better place for all the people. Being said that, there is now the warmth we feel that the sun will shine again to our country and its people with a promising hopes to all! All the best Sir Erwin!!!
