BBM to revive Marcos-era 'Kadiwa' stores in barangays

There is a basis to make it P20 pesos per kilo's and this is probably the government will subsidized the current pricing of rice in the market while trying to find solutions to lowering the price of all the basic needs and commodities permanently. If there is a will there is a way. That has been done before under KADIWA STORES in Coordination with NFA. but you should put a limit first and only sell it to those who are suffering from severe poverty in life..and then step by step all rice from KADIWA STORES to any commercial market can be reduced. It is just really need a political will. if you want, there is a way and if you don't, there are many reasons and someone criticizes immediately.

Presidential candidate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. campaigned in his home province of Ilocos Norte where he pledged to revive the 'Kadiwa’ store system known during his father's reign.
