The best basis for choosing a candidate is that you feel its purpose is for the overall solution to the problem of the Filipino people. such as employment, livelihood, adequate salary of at least 1,000.00 pesos minimum daily wage, low cost of basic necessities, low electricity and water bills, & free healthcare. if that is the only focus of the next administration everyone will thrive and feel real change.
