The best basis for choosing a candidate is that you feel its purpose is for the overall solution to the problem of the Filipino people. such as employment, livelihood, adequate salary of at least 1,000.00 pesos minimum daily wage, low cost of basic necessities, low electricity and water bills, & free healthcare. if that is the only focus of the next administration everyone will thrive and feel real change.

I didn't realize that national economy is just a simple operation as home economics: Never spend more than your income and never borrow money, period. Well, if the aspirant is elected, I'd just give up my MBA and run for president myself.
Manny has all the good intentions for this country but he does not realize how hard it is to run a country like the Philippines. It is even harder because we do have more than 7,100 islands. He seems naive to questions thrown his ways and this is the reason why his answers are way too out of context. It pains my heart and soul to hear our Pambansang Kamao ridicule himself with his answers. His answers are mostly centered on his DEDICATION alone and nothing else. He is already spending millions of dollars, (not pesos) of his own money to fund his campaign. I wish he just spends his money in philantrophic activities. Moreso, send part of his money to the victims of Odette. This could have augmented his greatness, not just as an athlete but a true Filipino patriot!
Educational Background is one of the criteria to become the President of the country but keep in mind that education is not only the basis to become the President of the land..- So I could say that no one is allowed to judge the book by its cover. - And remember that the previous leaders have very convincing educational and professional records but where are we now? we are still in a very bad poverty situation.
