Cong. Cabatbat DISCLOSED the plan to KILL him by an associate doctor of PhilHealth, which is a modus operandi to finance PhilHealth.
In this long narrative by Cong. Argel Cabatbat, he recounted why he was fired by a doctor who was collecting large sums of money from PhilHealth. Doctor Mark Dennis Menguita who is a neurologist in region X11 has a strange racket to earn illegally with Philhealth.
Despite the strong evidence, the case was dismissed and then PhilHealth President Francisco Duque did nothing. Until now, the said doctor is still affiliated with PhilHealth, and plans to be removed!
