Philippine police have arrested a suspect in a bus bombing earlier this year that killed five people and wounded 13 others in the bloodiest attack in the capital in six years.
National police spokesman Agrimero Cruz says Ryan Sison was arrested Thursday in a raid in Lucena city in Quezon province southeast of Manila.
Cruz said Friday that bomb-making materials, two grenades, 17 mobile phones and two homemade shotguns were recovered from Sison.
No group has claimed responsibility for the Jan. 25 bus bombing in Manila's financial district.
